What is not in these numbers
Third-party licensing, cloud infrastructure, clearinghouse fees, and any EHR vendor charges for interface work are yours directly rather than marked up through us. We identify all of them during the assessment so the total cost of an initiative is visible before you approve it.

Pricing Questions
Why publish prices at all?
Because you can tell within thirty seconds whether we are in your range, and neither of us benefits from finding that out on the third call. The assessment is genuinely fixed fee. Build and managed ranges are ranges because scope genuinely varies.
What moves a build toward the top of its range?
Number of systems integrated, whether write-back is required, whether the payer or vendor channel is stable, how much of the source data is discrete versus free text, and how many people have to approve a change. The assessment prices these before you commit.
Do you offer a smaller starting engagement?
For organizations below roughly ten providers, usually the honest answer is better configuration of systems you already own plus one narrow automation, not a custom program. We will say that on the first call rather than sell an assessment that cannot return its cost.
How is managed automation priced?
On the size of the stack under management and the coverage window. Business hours costs meaningfully less than 24/7, and most organizations start with extended business hours and move up only for workflows where an overnight outage genuinely costs more than the coverage.
Start with a conversation, not a proposal.
A 45-minute call with a senior engineer. We will tell you honestly whether automation is the right answer for the workflow you have in mind.
