Terms of Service

These terms cover the website only
By using this website you agree to these terms. Client engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement and a business associate agreement, both of which take precedence over anything on this page.
Information on this site is not advice
Content on this site describes our services and our general approach. It is not legal, compliance, clinical, or financial advice, and it does not create a client relationship. HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 obligations are specific to your organization and should be assessed with your own privacy officer and counsel.
Pricing, timelines, and outcome ranges shown here are indicative. Binding figures appear only in a written proposal.
Do not send protected health information
Forms and email addresses on this site are not an appropriate channel for protected health information. Do not submit PHI through them. Where an engagement requires PHI to be shared, we will establish a covered channel under an executed business associate agreement first.
Third-party names and trademarks
Product and company names referenced on this site, including Epic, Oracle Health, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Dentrix, Tebra, Kareo, and DrChrono, are the trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to describe integration capability. We are an independent engineering firm and reference to a product does not imply endorsement, partnership, or certification by its vendor unless stated explicitly.
Intellectual property
Content on this site is owned by us and provided for your information. You may quote it with attribution. You may not reproduce it substantially or republish it as your own.
In client engagements, source code, infrastructure definitions, and documentation we produce for you are yours, as set out in the services agreement.
Availability and links
We do not guarantee that this site is available without interruption or free of error. This site links to and embeds third-party services, including a scheduling widget. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability arising from a client engagement is addressed in the services agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
